Congrats on your 100 lb loss! It took me from Jan 2011 until March of this year to lose 100 lbs. When I first started losing, I never dreamed I would make it this far, but thank the Good Lord I have. I have more to lose and with His help, I can do this. :smile:

Day 30 = I have ridden twice today - 40 minutes this morning and I just finished 35 mintues Thank you for the challenge. It has helped me to get off my behind and ride. :smile:

Day 27 first time 35 minutes second time 20 minutes (had to make up for the 10 minutes yesterday :smile: )

Day 25 - 40 minutes - didn't ride more last night but hopefully I will ride more later today. 5 more days for this challenge, however I think I am going to go for the gusto and make it 31 days to make it the full month of Oct. :smile:

Started in Jan 2011 at 424 and currently at 291.2 - It has been slow going, but hoping the slower the loss the less likely it will come back on. :smile:

Did 30 minutes this morning - Mid day I did 15 minutes on the recumbent bike Just got through doing another 20 minutes on the stationary bike SO DAY 15 is either 50 minutes or 1 hour 5 minutes if the recumbent bike counts. :smile:

I rode 15 minutes this morning and just got finished riding 36 minutes tonight - total 51 minutes. One more day and we are half way there.

Rode for 45 minutes today - a lot better than last Sunday. Sundays are the hardest days to get the exercise in. This is 13 days straight for me.

I rode this morning for 30 minutes and then around lunch time rode for another 20 minutes. 11 days down and 19 more to go. :smile:
