Finally rode at 10:35 p.m. -therefore, I only got in 5 minutes.......at least it is something. Should hopefully get in a lot more tomorrow.

Day 4 - 34 minutes this morning and 32 minutes this evening total 66

Day 3 - did 40 minutes so glad this group was started - hoping it will help me get on that bike everyday - even if it is only for 5 minutes.

Rode for 20 minutes today - figure some is better than none. :smile:

Monster Rehab - I have only tried the Tea - Lemonade - Energy drink only 10 calories per serving and it is very tasty. I think 1/2 can in the morning and still have a couple cups of coffee during the day.

I am glad to see that I am not the only one that can't eat just one serving. I :heart: Nutella!

Where do you find 50 calorie or 75 calorie tortillas? The lowest ones I have been able to find are 81 calories. And thanks for sharing. I plan on trying to make these. :smile:

This sounds yummy. Will definitely try but I think I will use 1/4 cup of low fat buttermilk instead of egg - I think I will also try crushed up flaming hot cheetos. Thanks for the post and thanks for all the suggestions. Can't wait to try them all......even the frost flakes.
