  • I am starting to realize that white bread is something I need to try to avoid and substitute with a healthier carb. My weight is always up when I am not paying attention to that.
  • My son loves the jogging stroller, so we go out in that a few times a week. We also have a treadmill and elliptical at home. When I go back to work on July 22, there is a gym in my building and I am going to use that t lunch.

  • Yes, I've been running since I was 13 and am 33 now. I love it! If anything hurts, that is never good. Do you have a running shoe store near you? I am in the Boston area and there is a store called Marathon Sports and they watch how you run and then fit you with a pair of shoes that fits your running style.
