Walking is my main exercise, and it seems to be working ok just now. I would love to run but my weight/size just makes me too cumbersome to run and its too much impact on my knees and back which I have to be careful with. It is something I hope to take up as I get lighter though, as walking is sometimes a bit tedious!

I am 7.5% smaller than I think I am! Was interested to see that they say I am a pear shape. I often wondered what body shape I am, because when you are so overweight you are just kinda big all over and theres no distinct shape. Its because if you type in google to convert it it doesnt actually give you stones and pounds. It gives you stones. So 18.71 is 18 stone and 71/100 of a stone (NOT lbs) So 71/100 of a stone is about 10lbs (14 x 0.71)... So 18 st 10lbs... Does that make sense. Sorry if I havent explained too well!
