Good to see each person's opinion. I don't have much visible veins atm but it's definitely what I'm working for. I want to have good physique but not be as big as a bodybuilder.

Its just because it's more convenient. Remove all temptations from home. I mean I can say no to a delicious piece of cheesecake lying there but if I have that around the house often I will start eating from it. Some will power and healthy snack choices while not cooking massive meals would help you a lot.

Busy doing the low row and the nice little thing to keep you at bay while you pull the weights back also pushed out some wind. Luckily there were only 2 people there as well and we all chuckled a bit.

Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle change. Now I don't know how you used to eat or how you ate to lose your weight but you can't go back to the way you were eating before and no expect to pick up weight.

The best would be to start of with cardio machines, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, treadmill etc. This will set you on the path of building some lean muscle and no you wont end up looking like a body-builder this will just get you stronger to tackle some free weights later on + cardio is good for burning calories.
