I do an hour(or sometimes more when I feel the urge) walking on the treadmill 4-5 days a week with my strength workout. Trying each time to better myself by going farther or faster. It's been a huge stress reliever along with helping me shed quite a bit if weight. I noticed my legs and thighs dropping fat and shaping up…

I was that way too at first. I even joined a 24 hour gym just so I could workout all alone at 3-4am. Then slowly I realized that I'm doing this for me. Who cares what anyone else thinks? Anyone staring is doing it because either you look good, or they're probably wishing they could get off the couch and do it too. Be proud…

I bought some Dr Scholl's active series insoles. They made a night and day improvement in my foot pain while walking/jogging. I'm now going several miles further without pain. They do kind of wear out over a couple months so I'm on my second set but at $15 they're great!

I do mine around 5-6p which is my "morning" working nights. Helps me feel refreshed and really ready for a new day. Working out in the morning after work makes me stay awake until noon so I gave that up.

I'm on there as ScorpDX. More of a walk/jog than a hardcore runner though
