Passed the finish line today. It was a miserable 3.25 mi run. I felt horrible the whole time but I got it done anyway. It was the first bad run I had for the entire 50+ miles this month. Getting close. I should be able to fit in at least 5 more miles between now and Tuesday. I am going to have to see if I can push myself a little more for March with a longer goal.

Yes but it is a little clunky. Create a Fitbit account and link it to trendweight. Then manually enter your weight into fitbit and it will show up on trendweight.

I like to use trendweight.com to get a good sense of how I am doing and with that site the more data you can give it the better the insight it can provide. For that reason I weigh in daily. The trend line also keeps me from being discouraged by the occasional jump on the scale because I can easily see how I am trending.…

100x this. I am a craft beer fiend and a Homebrewer. I didn't give up anything completely, and especially not my beer. I am down 50 lbs and counting. Just make it fit and if you don't have the calories either get up and go for a run to earn the calories or don't have one... FWIW... I run a lot now ;)
