I LOVE bread, but thanks to medical issues bread is my enemy when it comes to losing weight. So bread is yummy but evil. Technically the carbs in the bread.

I prefer the Monster Energy Zero Ulta... the plain zero tastes like cough medicine to me. Over all they are NOT healthy.. but hey.. I drink them.

By joining this site and at least attempting to start on the right path, you deserve a pat on the back. I agree with clovergirl, over all it can be though and there will be setbacks. We just need to keep faith or hope close and out stubborn our stubborn bodies. Good luck!!
