I am totally an evening exerciser also. that mourning or afternoon workout leaves me in pain and exhaustion where i can't do anything else also. Sparkpeople.com has some good videos i use often. i don't use them to count my calories, of course, I love it here at mfp. but i like their video and advice sections.

You can do it Michelle... We can do it together!!! let's not let pain rule our lives. Let's get healthy first and hurt later... LOL

that's it.... low impact. I love the walk at home videos by leslie sansone. i can tailor them to my level and still get a great workout. my advice is- never over do it.... I try to push myself sometimes and do just 5 mins or so of exercise, but on those bad days if i over do it and try to do more, i cause more harm than…

Every workout is a battle; before, during, and especially after. Before- pep talk to move your bones, while they ache every minute.…

I totally feel you on those times where you can't do anything but cry sometimes, when the pain is unbearable.

of course. family support and understanding is part of the battle :flowerforyou: especially when people say you LOOK like nothing is wrong with you and oh, you are young.... that doesn't tell how my body feels inside.

i agree... i have a particular workout from sparkpeople.com that is done only in a chair. i have chronic pain issues so i have to find very low impact workouts. I count shopping too b/c I am sore and tired when i return as if i have been running a marathon. I agree that if you are doing something intentional in your chair…

yes i lost 70 lbs in about 13 months and kept it off for a year. then started eating like i wanted, whatever i wanted and gained 30 lbs back. now i see the carb issue I have. I have to be very mindful of them. good or bad carbs. but especially the bad.
