Do you have a body? If so, you have a bikini body. And anyone who says otherwise is self righteous and not worth worrying about. .

Wow this sounds yummy

Don't take bendryl, it will knock you out! Take a non drowsy allergy medication and see if it helps.

I would like to see evidence that the body is only meant to process 2 servings of fruit a day. Because if that's true I guess I'm a mutant.

She doesn't live off bananas. She is famous because she often does "cleanses" when she will mono meal on bananas for weeks at a time. Although most of the time she eat a variety of fruits and veggies.

I hope and pray OP is not serious.

I'm 5'5 and 130. What's your goal weight?
-
Are you challenging yourself on the elliptical? if you're not constantly pushing your limits you're not building any cardiovascular endurance.

The cookie dough flavor is absolutely ADDICTIVE.

I used to absolutely despise running, but I realized that the reason I didn't like it was because I was "bad" at it. I could only run for about a minute at a time and it was discouraging. But once I started to improve, and made measurable progress with every run, I became addicted. Unlike weight loss, there is some instant…

I'm just saying they don't NEED meat, I'm not suggesting it's evidence for anything, it's just a fact. And I'd like to see YOUR proof that gorillas on a plant based diet are sickly and diseased. This is soooo off topic btw.

I also learned that a lot of foods just aren't worth it. I tend to snack mindlessly during days when I decide "calories don't count" and end up eating 2000 calories in silly things alone like cereal and dried fruit. I always look forward to eating healthy again after a binge day!

You can get a protein powder to put in smoothies. As a vegetarian your options are pretty unlimited since you can take whey. If you're interested in a plant based protein powder check out Vega, Garden of Life, or Plant Fusion. Those are my 3 faves. :)

Gorillas in captivity are fed about 15-20 pounds of fruits and vegetables every day, no meat.
-
There are some really awesome vegan protein powders on the market that are just as good. Check out Vega, Garden of Life, and Plant Fusion.

My advice would be that if you feel like you are really exerting yourself to just use the middle number. You might be overestimating or underestimating a little but without a heart rate monitor it's difficult to be sure.

I lived on a dairy farm in Germany for 6 years actually where the cows were treated as humanely as you possibly can treat an animal that you are forcibly impregnating and then stealing it's milk and separating the mother and baby from each other.

There is no half way point! A healthy lifestyle is FOREVER!

Teehee you said big breasts

What do you think I should eat then? I'm open to suggestions. I try to make food choices that do the LEAST harm.

3 pounds could be a normal fluctuation. I regularly sit between 127-129 and i weigh myself every day. If you want to get a better idea of whether or not you're gaining fat, try weighing yourself every week.
-
I'd also like to add that I have nothing against people that consume dairy/ meat/ eggs. It's a lot to sacrifice for most people, so I don't expect them to. It's a personal choice, and I would never try to force it on anyone.
-
I eat 70g of fiber every day and I'm fine.
-
This will probably get lost in this long *kitten* post so here goes. With every cent you spend on dairy, you are supporting a cruel industry that abuses animals. (This goes for eggs and meat too.) Health benefits aside, this is all the reason I need to stay away from the stuff.

Because people have different opinions and tend to be quite passionate when they're challenged. It's what makes humanity both interesting and dangerous.

...Wut.

I agree with HoneydewLouu. :) I think RawTill4 is a great place to start. Basically you eat fully raw all day until your dinner. (Or course you can always make your cooked meal breakfast or lunch if you really want.) I wish you the best of luck!

Yoga is a lot like weight training. Most of the calories you burn happen during muscle recovery afterwards, depending on the intensity of the class. I'd say in terms of actual cardio burn, I usually get 100-150 calories on my HRM during vinyasa.

The Cascadian Farms frozen mixed veggies I get (corn, peas, and carrots) is 60 calories per cup. If I have gone waaay over my calories I eat it by itself just so I can have something in my tummy, and it has some nutritional value. If I haven't gone too overboard I will add rice or seitan to bulk it up a little.
