I used to eat Ntella by the jar with a spoon. 2 years later with n Nutella at all I had one spoon full and as very disappointed and un-nchanted. 200 calories wasted.

It depends on what your goals are. Intensity will improve your physique, endurance, and overall health. If you just want to burn some calories, you can go for a long walk instead.

I feel like I should also add this disclaimer: You will not be able to exercise while you're on hormones or for several weeks after your retrieval. But you WILL be emotional and hungry. Lol. It's for a good cause though. I put my weight loss goals aside to focus on the task at hand.

I donated less then 2 weeks ago, still bloated and uncomfortable. My weight went up 10 pounds but it's slowly coming down. I've lost about 5 so far, but I looked like I was pregnant I was so bloated immediately after the egg retrieval.

Ok hate on Freelee all you want but do we really have to lump all vegans into one general category? I consider myself to be a tolerant and well rounded person.

The calories burned on the machine are going to be inaccurate 99% of the time. Invest in a heart rate monitor and see for yourself how many calories you burn doing different activities.

I've never experienced heart burn problems personally so I really couldn't say. I would imagine over time, once your digestive tract is healed from your previous diet then you should feel much better.

Acidic foods like oranges and pineapples can cause heart burn, especially if you are new to the lifestyle and still healing your digestive tract. I don't know much about food combining but I would definitely look into it.

It doesn't even necessarily need to be a measure out "serving". I like to think of it in terms of frequency and variety.
