Almond milk has more calcium then milk. Also you can get plenty of calcium from fruits and veggies.

I'm 5'5 and currently 130. I would love to be below 125.

Just go by how you feel. I ran my first half marathon last Sunday and ran 5 miles with no problem on Wednesday. Don't run if you're hurting though!

I have seen women of all shapes and sizes in bikinis. As long as you think you look good and carry yourself with confidence, you will look amazing! A 300 pound woman in a bikini who feels good about herself is probably going to look better then someone who is 120 pounds and self conscious.

I went to LA Fitness for many years but I hated it. I'm pretty sure it was just the particular location I went to. The staff was rude, the personal trainers were never around for more then a month, and the equipment was always broken and/or dirty.
