The Banana Diet??? WTF?
I heard this on the radio during my lunch break: an Australian woman claims to have lost 40 pounds eating a bunch of bananas (up to 50!!!) every day. She also has date smoothies (sounds uh delicious  ) and eats pineapples.
This is the information I found online about it. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/11/freelee-banana-girl-diet-51-bananas-a-day_n_5132629.html
Seems silly to me, and I would think your potassium levels would skyrocket, but each to their own I guess.:noway:

Eating that much fruit in a day is not good because of all the natural sugars- I mean sugar is sugar not matter where it comes from. I personally would never do that diet and it does sound ridiculous!0

That's like 5000 calories a day. Just no.0

I'm getting tired of hearing about it honestly.
Whether someone eats 50 bananas a day or 50 Big Macs, it's no one's business.0
