Also keep in mind that a lot of foods contain large amounts of healthy fats like avocados and nuts. :)

If it's freezing or below, I would rather run on the treadmill. I would rather be bored then miserable and cold.

I hope they fit my macros lol

I always run on the sidewalk. Even if it's pretty much empty, it's still safer to be off the road. Not to mention your muscles usually get more of a work out on the pavement because it's less flat than the road. (At least where I live).

I set my own calorie goal and input my calorie burns from my HRM, then eat back all the exercise calories. This puts me at a net of 1400 every day which is roughly a 300 calorie deficit each day.

As long as you start slow and listen to your body, you can start running at almost any size. :) I started by running in 30 second bursts, then walking until I caught my breath and was able to do another 30 second burst. This gradually built up until I could run miles at a time without stopping. Now I run 10 miles non stop…

I feel your pain, it took me over a year to break my pace plateau. I would strongly recommend short speed work outs during the week. Do this on a treadmill at first. Warm up for 5 minutes at a comfortable pace. Then set it to a challenging speed for you, perhaps a 10 minute mile. Run for 30 seconds then jump on to the…

What is your definition of "clean"?
-
I like to throw in some black beans, tomato, avocado, red bell pepper, and some Mexican spices on mine.

If you think THAT'S chubby, you have some very unrealistic expectations of women. her ribs were visible, come on.

I wasn't on a diet per say when I successfully lost the weight and kept it off. I ate basically anything I wanted and just added in exercise. A list of the failed diets I have tried are the master cleanse, baby food diet, color diet, abc diet, and many more that I can't remember. Haha.

I don't think it looks good on Jennifer Lawrence or anyone else personally.

You must lead a sad, sad life. You poor thing. *Spoon feeds you real ice cream*

Not that it's anyone's business, but they are very natural. No one can tell they are fake unless I point it out. But even if i had watermelons, same principle would apply.

Fake boobs checking in! Having plastic surgery doesn't make me any less real or less hot, just saying. :)
-
UGH me too! Nothing is helping! I managed to run through it yesterday but today I am resting for sure.

Agree. I can't be sympathetic for someone with such a horrible attitude.
-
Unfortunately!
-
I would rather just eat fruits and vegetables and not buy a ridiculously expensive juicer.

I'm 5'4, also 130 pounds, and 21% body fat. You need to do some kind of strength training whether that is lifting weights at the gym, yoga, plyometrics, or pilates. Building lean muscle is the key!
-
I hate dieting. So instead I eat a TON of food, including chocolate, pizza, and all the other good stuff. And I just burn it off. Running and weight lifting facilitate my love of food. And you know what? I lost 70 pounds doing that.
-
The people who are successful and keep the weight off don't quit so easily. It's nit just about being "skinny". It's about being HEALTHY.
-
Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. Whatever that food up is made of has nothing to do with your weight. You may miss out on some vitamins and minerals, and maybe be slightly more bloated, but you would still lose weight.

I lost 70 pounds and went from a DD to a small, saggy B cup. I did everything I could think of to keep them perky... Did chest work outs, moisturized, drank a ton of water... But the fact is if you lose a lot of weight your breasts will probably be saggy at the end. I finally bit the bullet and had a breast augmentation,…

I really like it! However I would recommend only using it in small amounts. I made a pizza with waaay too much on there, and it just tasted nauseating. a little goes a lonnnnggg way.

Just remember, strength training will build muscle, but cardio will reveal it. The heavy lifting elitists on this site will bash cardio wherever they can, and obviously nothing but cardio won't really get you far. But if you enjoy it and can stand doing it, I would recommend adding it in for at least 2 hours a week. And if…

I used to be EXHAUSTED all the time no matter how much I slept! It turns out even though I was not anemic, I was iron deficient and also lacking in b12. So I fixed that with a supplement. As for the being cold all the time... That's one I haven't figured out yet. I think it's pretty normal with weight loss though. I…

There is a salt replacement made of silica that my boyfriend likes. Personally, I think it tastes like a**.
-
If there was a pill that burned fat for you, everyone would be skinny. Just saying.

After losing 70 pounds I ended up getting a boob job. It sucks, but it's worth it to have a fit healthy body. :)
