I wish I could help, but I am a bottomless pit. I have to restrain myself from eating over 2000 calories a day.
-
Yes! I agree! The problem with nutritionists is that their advice is mostly based off personal experience. But every body, and every person, is different.
-
Technically yes. But a lot of that has to do with genetics. I would strongly recommend exercise though, there's more to life then a flat stomach.
-
I remind myself that I am young, fit, and healthy. And as long as I have that, I can do anything!

Pregnant women don't even need extra calories until their 3rd trimester, and they are literally building a person. So I doubt a single follicle releasing a microscopic egg is going to necessitate 300-500 extra calories.
-
LOL I would like to see scientific evidence that woman needs extra calories when they release a microscopic egg during ovulation. 300 to 500 extra calories? I'm sorry but I call bull *kitten*. Pregnant women don't even need that many extra calories until their thir trimester and they are literally making a person.

You have to lower your overall body fat percentage over time to decrease your tummy. There is no such thing as spot reducing, so you can't target tummy fat by doing ab exercises. Keep running, do your preferred method of strength training, and eat at a deficit. That's all you need! It will take time, but if you're patient…

Buttons by the p u s s ycat Dolls. That is my running JAM! edited because censorship. Lol
-
I love my men with long hair. Unless it's longer then mine because then I get jealous.
-
I still disagree with your implication that people who chose to strength train different ways are doing so because it's easier.
-
I did not make the comment about body weight exercises, nor do I agree with it.
-
So basically you're saying people who don't like strength training are LAZY? That's why I run 10 miles at a time, because it's easy, obviously. God forbid someone actually enjoys something different then you. And just fyi, yoga and pilates are not easy. Often I wake up sore out of my mind and feel extremely challenged.
-
Eat what you want, just make sure your nutritional needs are being met. :)
-
I hate lifting too, it's not fun for me. I still strength train because I know it's important, I just do yoga or pilates instead,
-
I agree! I eat less then a lot of the super skinnies and I certainly do not have a BMI of 17. Lol
-
Have you seen freaky eaters? Another good one.
-
Um if you want a healthy meal why don't you make it yourself instead of yelling at some poor folks just trying to do their jobs? People like you make my work a nightmare.

Love handles and hip dip. :(

Hey there, fellow vegan here! I am starting my IVF treatment on April 17th, although I am not TTC, I am donating eggs. :) Feel free to send me a friend request!
-
Depends on how hungry I am. Lol

Sleeping with clothes on is soooo last century.

KT tape is a lifesaver. It helped me through runner's knee and turf toe. It's definitely worth a shot, you have nothing to lose!

I LOVE yoga. It is great for balance, strength, and flexibility. Holding many of the poses requires you to really engage your core. I have noticed drastic improvements in my abs since doing yoga, personally. I wouldn't recommend hot yoga. It's easy to get dehydrated and it's much less enjoyable.

I like sneaking veggies into a smoothie in the morning. One of my favorites is 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup spinach, and 2 bananas blended up with some ice. You can't taste the spinach at all!

You win.

Congrats on deciding to go vegan! It's a wonderful and very compassionate decision to make. I would recommend doing a lot of your own research and not taking too much stalk in Freelee, who is not a nutritionist. Make sure you take a B12 supplement, and that you eat enough protein from greens/ nuts/ beans etc.
-
Nutrition experts on MFP? Where?!
-
I love my Vega One shake personally. I had to throw away a 5 lb tub of Ultimate Whey protein powder once though, so I understand how you feel.
-
You can get abs without a single minute of ab targeting work outs. You just have to reduce your body fat down extremely low.

Whoops my brain omitted the "not" lol
