I would say that you should not try to totally use up your calories but dont leave tons either becasue you will want to over eat the next day. You may want to get a good filling breakfast like eggs or oatmeal and have som fruit near by so you have that to snack on before lunch. It is wierd but I feel the same way, I think…

I had the same issue when I first started weight loss. I think yoiu may need to get some harder cardio in one day a week..... or look at the foods you are eating. I did not look to see if you shared your diary but just make sure you do more lean meat and veggies. Or just switch it up and try differnt foods or work outs.…

I would start low with your exersize goal, then if you do more, you feel better instead of the reverse it you don;t make you goal. I starte with twice a week for 30 min.
