  • Thanks! Got it sorted but can't get the whole image to show in the post?
  • Tried that. Don't know if its not working because there's capital letters in my username?
  • Wish I could copy and paste from iPhone!
  • Are you eating much dairy? I thought I had a gluten intolerance too as I used to look like I was 6 months pregnant by midday. I cut out dairy and coffee, stick to berries and bananas (apples where my killer) and limited sugars. Within 3 days my belly was flat! I don't each much gluten though anyway
  • I'm a runner too and also have a love/hate relationship with my belly as it's the one part of my body that is stubborn. You need to stick with the running for a while and give it a fair chance to show results (for me it was at least 3-4) months. I do some core but my trainer has told me while it's great to strengthen the…
  • I exercise twice a day (about 3 times a week) and the other 2 just one run per day and some strength training.... now that I've lost weight I run a lot and LOVE it. I stick to 1200 calories a day but eat back because with big exercise days your body needs the fuel. Also after a month on MFP I found out I had little to no…
  • ^^^ this is awesome I found having a cheat meal made me feel terrible. As in stomach pains and tired and just yuck. My body wasn't used to the foods. I read on another post that "if you can't do it for a week, how can you do it for life?". I love chocolate, so if I want a little I make sure it fits in to my daily intake or…
  • I've been on BC for 5 years. I gained weight because I was eating far too much and especially bad foods. Lost 10 kilos so far and been on the pill the whole time. Check if your BC is messing with your hormones because I belive that can hinder weight loss
  • I recently gave up dairy and most fruit. Apples used to bloat me and give me stomach pains. I stick to berries and bananas (mainly on the days I exercise). I was always bloated - ALWAYS!. A few days off the dairy and apples and the bloating was gone. I'd always suffered bloating and thought that's how it was for me but a…
  • I agree with this. I'm on 1200 a day and when I didn't eat back my esercise calories I'd sometimes only net 600-700. As a result I struggled when exercising and started to lack energy in general. You need to nourish your body and give it the fuel it needs to get through the day
  • Don't beat yourself up too much, as someone else said take note of you weekly calorie count for the week and cut back a little over the next few days. We all have binges, chocolate is the worst for me, I'm one of those people that can't have any because there's no way I can stop myself at one piece. I just try to gain back…
  • When starting to run I got told the best thing you can do is run a lamp post, walk a lamp post, run one, walk one etc. it helps build up your endurance. I was told this by my mother who started doing this back in the 80's when she was overweight and unfit. She went on to run marathons. My personal trainer/running coach…
