I dont remember saying 'eating 1200 calories is an eating disorder'. I stand corrected on my original claim that 1200 is the minimum calorie intake an adult should take and is only needed if you are pushing the last 2-3 lbs of weight to lose, understand that other people might need higher depending on their metabolic…
-
so im guessing you are eating the same 500 calories a day maybe, anyone... if you hit a plateau, oxygen diet sounds great....
-
just checked your diary in the last 3 days, seems like you are consuming way too low on proteins, try switching to a high protein, high fibre, low carb diet, still consume your 1300 calories but switch your macronutrient intake to 45 percent protein, 35 percent carbs, 20 percent fats, see how you go.
-
PLEASE do yourself a favor and eat more, 1200 calories is the minimum calorie intake an adult should take and is only needed if you are pushing the last 2-3 lbs of weight to lose. I think you should put away your scale for now and actually seek professional help from a fitness trainer to measure your body composition, not…

If you can post your full stats maybe people can have an actual data we can consider to recommend for your calorie intake and/or exercsise. For example your body composition, bodyfat, activity, etc.

here is another information on how to calculate your calorie intake, please take your time to read it, it is very informative. http://www.simplyshredded.com/layne-norton-the-most-effective-cutting-diet.html or you can watch this instead, i personally love part 6 of the video. part 1…

I just checked your diary for the last 3 days... i take it back, NO REFEED, just re-adjust your macros, 45 percent coming from protein you seem to be consuming little protein, 35 percent coming from carbs you seem to be consuming more carbs than protein, 20 percent coming from fats... your fat intake seems fine... TRACK…
-
i will be the devil's advocate here.... i say schedule a REFEED... where in you consume 2 grams of carbs x bodyweight once a week, keep protein low 1 gram per bodyweight, fats no more than x .4 or .3 of you bodyweight, i will strategically do this on your leg day or the most hardest training day you have for the week and…

so long as you plan and dont go over your calorie deficit requirement meal timing is irrelevant, eat anything you like, anytime you like so long as you are in a caloric deficit... on the other hand, i usually eat meat/poultry and a low GI carb source if i know im not gonna be consuming food for a long period of time...…

I had my treatdays on saturday and sunday... and every weekend i do, still losing bodyfat slowly, I dont feel guilty as a matter of fact i applaud myself coz i know i deserve it after religously following and hitting my macros for 5 days, unless you are competing treatmeal, treatmeals or treatdays is beneficial to gain…

would be interested to see your food diary to see food variations and combos... thanks
-
thanks guys, will try both.

CONGRATULATIONS on your first successful step, you are on the right track... now if you can do this consistently in the next month, 2 months, 3 months... you'll be blown away on what you are capable of, your capacity to be successful and achieve your goal... goodluck
-
i just checked your profile if you are supposed to loose about 42 lbs. expect to take about that number of weeks as well, slow dieting CONSISTENTLY is the KEY. you cant force your body to simply burn the fat by starving yourself... GIVE YOURSELF TIME... it is your ally plus your patience and motivation.
-
3-4 months of consistently progressing on your calorie deficit until you reach your goal. Focus more on proper form gaining strength in the weight room, put away your scale for now, your best move is to efficiently learn logging your food consistently without going over your TDEE, mix and max different kinds of food so you…

yes if you eat a tone of it all day... 1-2 cups a day is fine but then again all things eaten in tones are unhealthy, different objective, different approach, eat in moderation you should be fine.
