Congratulations! You are looking really great!!!! I am losing weight but not going to the gym, just walking. At my age (64) I think I'd do more damage with weights than help!!!!

How come no men here????? I am 5 7; when married size 30 at 135 pounds; now 40 years later at 192 pounds was up as high as 36; now 34 and moving down fairly quickly. Goal is to hit size 31.
