I am NOT an expert, but it is to my undertsnading that when you enter your inforamtion in to MFP they take in to consideration all of your information, including activity level, so they calculate a daily burn for you. Then you add the extra effort you put in to your day. Do what works for you. That's just my two cents…

It is your program do with it what you will. It sounds to me like you are questioning this a lot. So maybe stop and ask your self how you would want someone to treat you if you were not meeting their needs as a MFP friend. For me personally, since purchasing my HRM, I have found the system calculations to be way off. MY HRM shows a greater burn. Specially with HIIT. If you don't have a HRM maybe check your pulse when you hit a walking phase and see what you find out? :flowerforyou:

I am glad it was not cancerous, and not giving you trouble breathing or swallowing! I honestly do not know very much about this, but have heard that they can shrink with a good dose of iodine in a person's diet. Congrats on the shrinkage and healthy living as well. With out knowing your 'friend' I don't know if you are 'overreacting'. How well do you know your 'friend'? Are you aware of their eating habits, any problems they may have, or maybe their logging habits? I try to get to know my friends and their eating habits. I love animals! Currently I have three cats, a ferret, a rabbit, a turtle, two tenagers (tranforming in to adults), and a boyfriend. :heart: Snakes that don't make a mess and always in the mood to be held mmmmmmmm nice. Most I have had have been temperamental at their best. :bigsmile:
