I find that using hardwood floors allows for a more stable surface to work out on. I find that carpet throws me off balance and can be uncomfortable. For Yoga I use a yoga mat. Besides it is easier to match the drapes to hardwood than carpet. :bigsmile:

A good friend of mine has encouraged me to go on a 5K with her. This is my first. I am restarting the C25K now with hope to be in good shape for it. I have sat along the virtual side lines and cheered so many people on, watched them in awe, and no I am excited to be on the other side! :drinker:

Oh and it may help to ask where you went. A lot of places offer online nutritional information. If not guesstimate it as what you can identify it had in it and call it good. :bigsmile:

Different restaurants have different recipes. Did you check to see if there was information in the MFP database already?

I am so glad to see some good reviews on this! I just started taking them and already feel the changes. I hope things continue to improve as so many have said it does. Between this and my fish oil I hope my knees, and the rest of my joints, truly appreciate it as much as I appreciate all they do for me! :drinker:

One of my favorites has become a light yoga workout. Sun Salutations in the morning can make me skip breakfast if I am not careful. :ohwell: Now to make it work for me. Maybe I need a yoga diagram on my fridge and pantry? :laugh:

I am working on getting back in to MFP and making myself work it the way I did when I first signed up. I find that either I am way to hard on myself, or not hard enough. Other than that pretty darned good. How about you guys?
