  • Doing my last day of week 3 tomorrow (Friday) and then starting 8-10 days of week 4 come Monday. When did people start to see real results with this dvd? my upper arms are definately stronger and my stomach tighter/harder at this stage but hoping to see even more from the last workout!
  • Just did the first day of week 3...jeez it was hard! but it seemed to go very quickly and i can now tell that my upper body strength is definately improving!
  • I'm about half way through week 2 of ripped in 30. Its good but some of the moves this week are killer!
