Get the individually wrapped kind and splurge a little (Giradellis?) so you are less tempted to overindulge.

I shop at a website called bare necessities where I can put in my size and it shows what fits. I have a couple of glamourize sports bras and an enell. The enell is like a straight jacket for boobs.

I used to do cheat days, but I felt like I was undoing the work I did for the week. Instead, I find things that I can have and easily fit into my calories for the day. For instance, a Starbucks ice cream cone cookie is only 250 calories and a double shot on ice is only 100 calories. I can make that work once a week.

Try to get stuff that keeps for a while. Apples, oranges, and carrots all keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge.

Congrats. You look great.

I'm surprised so many people think they have to much sodium. I checked all the ones in my freezer and they are all between 500 and 650 mg. I average about 1200 mg a day. For reference, a cup of cottage cheese has 800 mg.

Thanks for the advice. I don't feel tempted to give in. It's just weird that I'm craving not just cheez-itz, but the whole box.

The appeal of mason jars to me is that they are glass. I've tried to avoid plastic as much as possible.

Great job. Keep it up.

Ha. I hate double yolks. It totally throws off my calorie count.

I use a Fitbit Blaze and like it overall. I haven't done any sort of scientific testing on it, but it seems accurate. Accurate enough, at least.

Good luck with your goal. I've recently lost 100 pounds with a little over 100 left to go. It's a long road but you can do it.

The meals do come with vegetables. I also use a green superfood supplement and eat fruit. I'm not big on salads. There is a place down the street that has a decent cobb salad, but if I tried to make that myself it would go bad before I could eat it all. I'm really not interested in cooking at all. I just make a mess and…

The Lean Cuisines don't really have that much sodium. The chicken club panini I just had was only 600 mg of sodium, which isn't bad for a full meal.
-
I do take it with food. I did 1 pill a day for two weeks and now I take 2 pills a day. I don't think I'd want to go up to more.

If your arms/wrists are moving it will count steps. Mine counts steps when I am crocheting.

I work 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM. I don't eat when I wake up, because I usually have nausea from the metformin. I eat yogurt during my first break at 7:15 PM. I eat dinner (usually Lean Cuisine) during my lunch at 9:15 PM. I have either fruit or yogurt during my third break at 1:30 AM. Finally, I have either cereal or a Bacon…

I started at 410 and am now 308. It's a long road, but I already feel so much stronger. I can bend over; I can put my socks and shoes on without getting out of breath, etc. It is hard to stay motivated sometime, but you can do it.

I'm in Mesa right now, but I plan to move back to the west valley in two months. Feel free to add me.

My downstairs neighbors probably wonder the same thing, since I work all night from home. They've never said anything though.

I used to have a cat name Yellow Cat. We named him that so we wouldn't get attached, but it didn't work.

I'm going to try making "oopsie bread." I can't have any kind of regular bread, cracker, etc. Not even regular low carb bread. Nothing made with flour. The oopsie bread is just eggs and cream cheese, so it fits in fine with my restrictions. I went ahead and bumped my calories up to 1750. We'll see how that goes for a while.

I actually don't stay up late, since I have to get up at 4 AM for work. Once challenge I face is that my "lunch" is at 8:30 am and then I don't get off work until 3:30 PM. even snacking on my break, that long stretch has been difficult. Today is different, though. Today is my day off and I ate steadily throughout the day,…

@PAV8888 Thanks for the advice. My only real limitation is no starches. I should have mentioned part of the reason for this is that I have PCOS with insulin resistance. I go back and forth between yogurt and cottage cheese. My yogurt of choice is fage, but sometimes I want something with more texture and then I go for…

My insurance company pays them, actually.

@ndj1979 I did that for two years and it was fine, but I have to do this medically supervised weight loss program and these are the requirements. @PAV8888 I'm 5'7.5" and 346 lbs.I'm fairly sedentary and work at a desk all day without a lot of opportunity to move around since I have to meet certain expectations and don't…

@ndj1979 They didn't give me a specific calories goal, just told me to cut starches and make better choices. 1500 is what I was doing when I was counting calories only and it was always fine for me. (I lost 83 pounds that way but started to gain it back when I stopped counting.) During the past two weeks I haven't been…
