I started two months ago on my birthday. It's been great, so far. In the beginning I would always look at the workout and say "I can't possibly do that," but I'd do it anyway. Now I look and know I can do it, which is a good feeling. I've gotten stronger much faster than I expected.

I feel that walking/hiking gives me the best burn, because I can sustain it for longer periods of time. I do CrossFit three days a week, which includes a warm up, lift portion, and workout. Thanks. I do CrossFit (with a coach) three days a week and also walk or hike ~3 miles a day a few days a week when I feel like I have extra energy. I'm using the Active.com app for C25K and only do it the three days a week.

I fight water weight a lot due to hormonal issues. I weigh myself every day and use a weight trending app to keep things in perspective.

I felt the same way when I first started going to the gym, but most people are just doing their thing. Wear whatever is comfortable. I wear leggings and a regular tee shirt most of the time.

It actually seems to confirm it. Only slightly higher risk at higher worked with healthy markers, but significantly higher risk at low weight with unhealthy markers.
