I've tried out some chairs at office supply stores around me, but they all have the same leaning back problem. Maybe I'm the only person who doesn't like reclining. I tried the yoga ball chair once, but it didn't get along well with my cat..

45 minutes strength followed by 30 - 60 minutes cardio 4 days a week. Cardio depends on if I do Zumba or rowing/treadmill/whatever.

I buy steamer bags and just steam them and have them plain or with a bit of salt. I've had them all dressed up, but just prefer them plain.

I'm outside of Phoenix and have been hiking about two days a week in the morning before it gets too hot. I'm working up to longer hikes. I went on a three mile hike this morning. It was relatively cool, but really humid and no breeze or overcast for most of it, so not the best hike.

Sometimes I mix two tablespoons of Ovaltine with a cup of 2% milk. ~160cal and you get some vitamins and minerals in there.

MFP no longer supports jawbone. Since about a month or two ago. The company is dead.

Yesterday I did day two and pushed a little harder. I'm more sore today, but still a lot of the soreness is the front of my thighs. I'll try your guys' suggestions. I did Zumba after strength training and was surprised I still had the energy to get through the full hour with a fairly difficult instructor.

I got the foot pod because it was grossly underestimating my steps when I was hiking using poles (ie a 3 mile hike came in at 1400 steps). It seems pretty accurate with the pod. You might consider one if you want more accurate steps.

I sync my exercise calories, but I have steps turned off on MFP because it was giving me way too many calories for them.

Is it possible to nix the gym all together and find a way to get exercise that incorporates your daughter?

I do have the book. I took it with me yesterday to the gym. I felt kind of silly sitting there reading it, but I my memory is pretty bad and I have no idea how to do any of these exercises.

My company gives an incentive if you get a health screening. I think you have to work on any health issues to keep it. I haven't bothered.

So, yesterday I said I didn't have pain. Well, today I woke up with a lot more pain (but certainly not unmanageable). Problem is, it's in the wing place. The front is my legs are really sore. My glutes are only a little achey. No pain in abs or upper body.

I went through this a few months ago. Try taking Biotin or a b complex that has it.

I did this for the first time today and also wondered how long I was supposed to do it. I went back and forth over and area about 5 times. But I don't have any knots yet, except my arches, which I tackled with a couple of rubber balls, but, again had no idea how long to do it.

This is when it would be nice if MFP had an option to rollover calories to the next day. Since the weekly average is what matters, you should be able to add at least some of your calories tomorrow.

Did my first day today. It was a bit awkward. I started with the warm up, which is a bit of a workout at 309 lbs. I did all of the exercises for week 1 workout A expect the side plank. I tried, but I don't have the strength to get my hips off the mat. I'll need to look in the back of the book and find a substitute. I also…
