Your body is built in the gym, and revealed in the kitchen.

Steam them, then drizzle with tahini, garlic, and lemon juice.

Gaining it back after all those months (or years, really) of hard *kitten* work. Having spent all that money on PTs and given up so many social outings and put stuff like dating on hold for so long to keep my focus and having it all be for nothing. I will probably be afraid of that forever.

I noticed it in my hands first too! Have lost 85lbs so far. Started at a 24 and just bought my first size 14! My sizes are definitely dropping quicker now than at the beginning too. At first it was 20 or 30 lbs before i went down a size, now it seems like every 10 or 15 lbs. I solely buy thrift store clothes right now!

This has happened to me too! Just completely bypass a whole size!

I just got chosen to be on a Before/After poster at my gym! Haha it's crazy, and so awesome! I'm basically a fitness model

I cut out fast food takeout and calorie laden drinks (except for protein shakes). The first time I had to log a hot chocolate that I'd drank I said never again. Wasted calories, and so not worth it! Everything else I just have as a little treat sometimes. I have some trigger foods (chocolate, chips..) that I just can't…

I'm going to drink lots of water and watch my calories today. This evening I'm going to the gym and I'm going to try an hit 20 minutes of running. And later tonight when I go out I will just have club soda with no vodka. Well maybe one vodka

I worked out pretty hard the last couple of days so I think Wednesday might be an active rest day for me. Walk the dogs, focus on nutrition and do some meal prepping. Definitely want to increase my water as I think I am slacking on that a bit lately (now that its not hot out). And for sure staying away from Halloween…

My calves fit into tall rainboots (so excited about that!), I am a size 16 for the first time in probably 10 years and on Saturday I went to a (early) halloween party and a) didn't eat a thing and b) saw a bunch of people I haven't seen in months and everyone keep telling me how great I looked. It was fantastic!

Hey Guys! Congratulations to everyone on the first milestone! My goals for tomorrow: - Beat my "fit" friend at squash in our morning game (it's only happened once!) - Go for an evening bike ride or a class at the gym - Stay on track with my calories and marcos (Friday and Saturday nights are hard) ... and although it's not…

I honestly never thought about this topic this way before. I want to talk about it all the time. This "journey" is such a big part of my life now and I'm excited about all the new things I get to do and how I feel... I never thought about how it might be annoying to my friends. Thanks for writing this!

I love thrift stores for this! And now that I fit into stuff better (and look better in it) I must admit that I love shopping! When I go down a size it's an instant reward for my hard work. Instead of rewarding myself with a food treat, I buy new workout clothes. And as soon as something is too big, I get rid of it. Never…

It definitely gets better! I'm a little addicted to exercise now! If I'm forced to miss a day/workout I honestly feel bummed. You could try an awesome audio book. That way it's like a treat you get only if you walk. And a walking buddy would help too. Makes it feel more like a fun chat, than a workout, and you wont want to…

I rotate between: 1> Oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder, some frozen fruit, and slivered almonds 2> Protein Shake with fruit, some spinach, and either Greek yogurt or a tsp of coconut oil 3> Veggies and scrambled egg whites with cottage cheese
