Kale chips are crunchy, tasty, and nutrient-rich. Much fewer calories than potato chips.

On my program I weigh-in once a week, on Sunday mornings. I don't even own a scale. I find it keeps me from obsessing over daily fluctuations.

My goal weight, which puts me in the "normal" BMI range (I'm 5' 9", male), is 175lbs. Long way to go.

I got the fitbit one. The pedometer part is pretty accurate, giving very similar results for similar activities on different days. The "stairs climbed" function on mine seems to go off the deep end once in a while. However, stairs climbed are not counted towards calories burned, so I can live with it. The sleeping monitor…

I received my pre-ordered Ouya on release day. Unfortunately since I have a HDMI projector with no audio out, I cannot hear any sound from my Ouya. I have to buy a home-theater receiver to break out the audio. So alas, my Ouya is sitting there unused for the moment, until I can figure out how to listen to it.
