I live for almonds and jerky- but it can be hard to find beef jerky that isn't full of chemicals- like MSG... I found a brand that I like- but can't remember its name off hand. I plan to buy a dehydrator soon so I can make my own from home! When I'm running from home- I stick to nuts, love pistachios, as well as sargento…

Personally, I try to follow a paleo diet, so my goal is to always have some form of protein on my plate in the form of meat, be it lean meat like chicken and ground turkey, or red meat. I've been reading the Primal Blue Print by Mark SIsson and its amazing how what we eat truly affects our bodies and from his arguments,…

According to that equation I burn about 600-700+ cals…

I can't help with the food problem other than what others have shared! I too deal with a salty food addiction and fast food addictions (I hate admitting that!) but I just try to eat my salt in other places- like steak and chicken with a good marinade or beef jerky instead of potato chips. I did want to suggest taking some…

I'm barely 5'1 and I am at my heaviest ever 150- I hate it. I'm working to get down to 120-125. I have some curves (aka a booty which I've been told by my hubby that I cannot lose- so that range is my goal. Two years ago I got down to 124 and loved it but it was with Nutri-system so as soon as I stopped- the fifteen pounds…
