Same food, different portions. He's bulking and I'm slimming. But we're both trying to get a lot of fiber and protein. So it's easy for us to decide on the foods we eat. But yep. Like others have said. Same stuff, smaller amounts.

I like to make a chocolate casein protein shake, but then heat it up to make a hot chocolate. Sometimes I'll add some marshmallows or a candy cane too. Yum!

I get a great calorie burn from T25 too. Probably my best burns were from ChaLEAN Extreme and Body Revolution when I lift as heavy as I can possibly go. Burn is through the roof if I really push myself to lift heavier.

Does a steam shower for after workouts count? I don't really like having workout gear since I don't have a lot of space, but having a steam shower or one of those amazing tub covers (they are impossible to find in America!) that keeps your bath water super warm. Feels so good on those sore muscles!

I have little quotes that I change up every few months or so that I post in my workout area, on the fridge, and on the pantry to give me a little inspiration and remind myself of what I'm working for.
