  • Chicken wings, the Deluxe box Mac and Cheese, and beer. Possibly brownies too. I definitely am splurging, but I always do. I splurge way more for the Superbowl than any of the other special occasions or holidays. It's one of my favorite times of year (possibly because we always celebrate my birthday at the same party). But…
  • Chicken wings and a sweet potato!
  • 1/2 cup Oats, 1/2 cup Almond Milk, and 1 tbsp of Nutella. Tastes like a cookie! I eat it with my morning berry and kale smoothie.
  • Nope. I'm going to be 27 in a week, been with my husband for 6 years, and feel no pressure. Sometimes my family will ask me about it, but they know that my perfect age to have a child is 34. I don't know why that age stuck with me, but I never wanted kids before 30, and I'm still not sure that I want them at all. I just…
  • I agree.
  • I'm terribly boring I guess. Lotion for my hands and feet, pillow spray to help me sleep, my scarf I wear when I have oil on my hair, my Kindle, my toe separator socks, and lip balm. My husband has all the "good" stuff on his side since mine is all filled up with beauty crap.
  • Jillian. I loved Body Revolution.
  • Check out the clearance section of Target. That's where I get 90% of my workout clothes. You can get some great deals! I've also heard good things about Old Navy.
  • About 2 weeks for me. It was seeing those types of results that quickly that kept me going. Edit: Oh, and it was that my booty was looking much better and my shoulders started looking stronger.
  • When I was working at my old job, I was also very busy usually. We got breaks, but depending on how busy it was, they were never at the same time and would sometimes have to be split up. Not very fun. We weren't even allowed to go to the back to get water, or have water with us. So what I would do would be to eat a really…
  • 40.5 - 30.5 - 41 inches. I do consider myself and hourglass. I'd like to keep that kind of shape, but a lot less of it!
  • Hmm. Of the top of my head. Soups, soft fruits cut up into pieces (mangoes, oranges, bananas), baked sweet potatoes (yum!), avocados, and stews. This may sound strange, but if you look up baby food recipes, I bet they'll have a lot of softer foods that I'm not thinking of since they'd be easier to puree. Although I'm not…
  • Lol! I did the same thing too! I would second mayo or you could try custard. I've never been brave enough for that.
  • This was what I was going to suggest!
  • Even if I did think that it was going to change my life I wouldn't buy it. I can't afford it anyways. But I got a few samples from a friend and in my opinion, they didn't taste very good. I'd rather just have fresh fruits and veggies. It might not be 70 superfoods, but at least I'll enjoy it!
  • I can't do a pull-up either. I have resistance bands and one of those straps that attach it to the door. Then I pull the resistance bands in the same way I'd pull my body up. But if you look up "pull up alternatives" on youtube, they'll be a few videos showing you how to work those muscles. I feel you though. I still can't…
  • I'll sometimes count it if I have a glass of almond milk (even though I still count the calories too) but not usually. The most helpful thing that I've found is my drinking water app. It was free on my droid. You just put in how many glasses you're aiming for a day with a start and stop time (I start mine with my wake up…
  • Oh I've had my share of those too!
  • Oh god! I miss it so much! I went there 4 times when I went to visit my family. When I was leaving to go with my military husband, a client brought me the Portillo's chocolate cake to say goodbye. I still have yet to have a chocolate cake as good as theirs.
  • This used to happen to me and then all the sudden it stopped! I asked my doctor and he said it happens sometimes for so many reasons. I'm surprised that the number of people this happens to! They don't warn you about numb toes when you start to workout, do they?
  • My go to! http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/
  • This happened to me when I was trying to mix mine with a spoon. I think because it wasn't thoroughly mixed. I use my mini blender now and it's much better. No swelling or anything that might have been linked to some sort of allergies? If it was just scratchy, it might be that some of the powder got stuck or something. I…
  • Tight for me. I'm very clumsy, and I trip all over myself and loose clothes when I'm doing my workouts otherwise. Even yoga pants. But my carpet is also itchy, so naked or minimal clothing is out. Usually it's stretch pants and a thin tee.
  • If you drink coffee I make a protein coffee drink the the mornings. 1 cup coffee, 1 cup almond milk (or any milk), and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. I blend mine, but shaking works too. If I'm working out, I save half the scoop for post workout. But it's helped me get my protein for sure. I add the other half a scoop…
  • I just started Beta as well and yep! There's weights. They're also in the Gamma phase. 3 out of the 4 include weight training. I don't think it would be a problem for you to lift weights while you're doing the program though. It's a short program, so if you have time to do a little extra, I'd say go for it. Sometimes I'll…
  • I'm going to recommend my favorite cookbook right now. Ten Dollar Dinners. Healthy, yummy, and lots of money saving tips and ways to use things up quickly. I'm completely in love with that book right now. Totally worth the $10 I spent on it.
  • Probably liver or pickle juice.
  • The Brazil Butt Lift the workout? Or the Brazilian butt lift the surgery? I know there are a few youtube workouts with the title too.
  • I wouldn't say screwed. It's definitely a pain (literally), but I've noticed that they are so much easier to manage now that my whole body is so much stronger. I was actually in more pain for the first month or so, when I wasn't used to working out. But once my back and core calmed the (insert swear word here) down, it's…
  • I would go with the Salmon place. I've been to Bucca di Beppo and those are family sized portions. So even if it's a healthy option, plan to share or have lots of leftovers. That wouldn't be such a bad thing if your hotel has a microwave though. Anyways, they both sound great! But I'd personally choose the salmon place if…
