yes, its very possibloe. i wear my hrm for every spin class i take and i burn anywhere between 85-1000cals depending on my effort for the class. I love my hrm and wear it for all classes.:wink:

i do a spin class for 45mins and i wear my hrm. i burn anywhere between 850-1000 cals. depending on how much effort i put into my class. i try to keep my heart rate as high as i can which helps me burn more cals. i love my hrm and would rec. everyone to buy one.

im frustrated too. i have been working out hard,eating right and doing all the cardio. wth i gained 2pounds im so frustrated not sure whats going on. I do think i have lost inches how about you. have you been loosing inches? lots tell me that is really what to look at.

I'm lifting weights 3 days week and cardio 5 days a week. My trainer has a great schedule and I have lost 6 pounds it has taken me 2 months.However, I have lost many inches and body fat %. So from my opinion I would give it a try it seems to work for me slowly but it is starting to show with the toning of my body. Sure…

i do track it and i stay in my calorie every once in awhile i go over some on carbs or something but i am trying:bigsmile:

i try to not think of any day being a cheat day. i eat what i did before with some changes: smaller portions, less red meat,more veggies. but i was told from my trainer to not deprive myself. have a "cheat' but make it small. otherwise you may want to go on a cheat binge. so far that has helped me.

:blushing: wel i must be bad because when i crave sweets i have a small dark dove chocolate. one square is not much its all i need to stop the craving
