I workout in the mornings and some days i will eat a peanut butter sandwich and a protein shake, other days i wont eat anything. It all depends on how i feel when i wake up. I cant tell much difference in the gym on days i eat compared to days i dont eat.

2 cups of 2% milk, 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 scoop of creatine and 1/2 scoop of karbolyn...all in one shake well that was pre workout after i ate 3 fried eggs, 6 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of wheat toast

I get up at 5:40 am first thing i do is down a protein shake, eat a peanut butter sandwich, get my gym bag ready(most times the night before) take my creatine, aminos and pre-workout. I am usually in the gym by 6:30.For megetting some type of food in my system helps.

I think it depends on your goals and your body. Just find out what your body responds to the best.

losing slow is a good thing...might want to try increasing calories a little bit, not too much. Maybe shoot for 1500 at least and try throwing in some more exercising if you can.
