Calories do not know what time it is!! I have a bowl of cereal every night before bed . Which i have done every day since i started this journey.. i am doing great!!:wink: :bigsmile:

I never go to bed hungry!! As a matter of fact I have a bowl of cereal every night before bed. I stay under my calorie goal. It doesn't matter what time you eat so long as you don't go over. At least that's the way it is for me!!

First of all You are not eating enough calories for a healthy weight loss. You need to up your calories to at least 1200. eat fruits and veggies, and I'll bet you will see a loss!!

Don't get discouraged, we all have bad days. That's normal. I myself ate like a pig the last 3 days and gained 4 lbs. Talk about being discouraged. My friends on MFP always encourage me. Hang in there and when you start feeling the desire to eat junk food drink lots of water. I chew gum!!

I would definately talk to the boys mother. if nothing is done and it continues, then I would not allow her to be around this boy (I wouldn't care how old he is ) and if your cousin does not understand than to bad.Good luck!!

you can find it in the exercise data base..It is pretty acurate too. I did it with the HRM and it was almost right on.
