A bad month or 2 in a life time is nothing ,everyday is a new begining I am far from perfect I am still learning whats right for me. we all are naughty sometimes ..work towards a treat .. learn to burn of calories to eat back.. good luck keep at it.

do a spot of exercise burn some calories .. then you can eat them back...or drink plenty this can help the feeling of hunger . Take it slow learn dont worry at first about going over your calorie count this will help you get to know your self ..good luck

Hi There I am Told that loose skin should not be a problem if you loose weight at a good healthy rate. To fast and thats when it becomes a problem. Well done and good luck with your goal.
