Potassium? I always find I get super tired and headachy if I don’t get enough. If I need a boost I put some cream of tartar (1/2 tsp ish - I don’t actually measure) in 1/2 glass of water and do it 2-3 times that day. Just a thought.

Read "The New Rules of Lifting for Women", I just started and its VERY informative and comes with a workout program. Roughly $15-20 at Chapters.

I'm a new mom as well and trying to do a lifestyle change as well. I've found just cutting out processed foods helpful, and it will teach our kids good eating habits. Just shop the outside rounds at the supermarket, only going into aisles if you need something. The outside round is generally all the healthy stuff.
