I planned to do that back in August when I was on vacation, failed at it, couldn't break my calorie analyzing habit, and even my cheats had to fit into my daily goal or I wouldn't do it! Everyone is different though. Sometimes eating a little bad can change up your metabolism to get you to lose more, but be careful not…

The bulk of my weight was lost 2 yrs ago, I stuffed all the clothes in large bags and sat them in the basement, when the roommate did spring cleaning this year she took it all to Goodwill saying I was never going to go back there again (since I had maintained for 2 yr). Just the other night I packed up the remaining 14/16s…

I was on LoEstrin for almost 2 yrs, the 1 first year and a half was fine, but before the end of it the cravings were getting crazy. The only way I made it through was setting my mind on the fact that I only need X calories a day and it is was hormones saying I was hungry not that I really was and just saying no. If you're…

I believe thats part of your daily calorie allotment. I only log anything above the normal, ie the treadmill, exercise bike etc....

I'm working towards "running" my 1st 5k, walked one 2 years ago, but now I'm going to try to run the same one, well parts of it. I know the course and I know I can't run the full distance (I'm lucky to get a quarter mile :-/) but I know there is a lot of flat parts that I should be able to jog some to improve my 5k walk…

I'm kind of obsessed with my scale, weigh in every morning pre-workout/breakfast then at the end of the day to judge where I should be in the morning. This week has been a rollercoaster ride with the scale up 1.5 lbs then down then back up...stupid numbers!

Same thing everyday for me: Multigrain English Muffin (Healthy Life or Thomas) 80-100 cal depending on brand 1 tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter 85 cal Protein Milkshake (10oz fat free milk, and 1 scoop of Body Fortress Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein) about 230 cal (only on workout days, non work out days no shake)…

Love this Chicken Chili! http://skinnyms.com/slow-cooker-chicken-chili/ Low cal and fills you up, my non dieting roommates loved it too!

I'm on LoEstrin 24Fe as well, my pharmacy hasn't mentioned it going out yet. Wish it would though. It hasn't hurt my weight loss, held steady for a yr, and now started losing, but the stupid pills give my TOM 2x a month, every other week! Takes will power not to cave to the cravings!

I count them so it will show that I got the vitamins and fiber i needed for the day.

I love peanut butter as well, and use it daily on a multigrain english muffin. I don't understand how 1 tbsp isn't enough though. I made a point to fit the 2tbsp in once and could barely eat the muffin WAY TOO MUCH pb.

Depends on how much protein you want, and how many calories you want to spend. Body Fortress Whey Protein Isolate is about 130 cal, 2 carbs, 1 gram of fat, 30 grams of protein per one scoop serving which is a little under a $1 a serving.
-
I use the Body Fortress Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate, add it to a homemade coffee frap that I make keeps me full until lunch. It has 130 calories, and is low in fat and carbs, plus the amount of calories in my drink which totals about 230 calories. 30 grams of protein keeps you full for awhile. I've tried the slim-fast,…

When I quit diet soda I lost 10 lbs fairly easily, but also it relieved joint pain I was having in my left ankle. Don't get me wrong I still have pain, but not to the point of not being able to make it up the stairs. My lower back pain diminished quite a bit as well. And don't think it was because of the weight loss…

What stops me whether or not calories are posted are two things: 1. How long will I have to work out to keep that from sticking to me? 2. I've been fat, I don't want to go back!! (Found college photos of me the other day, don't think they were even at my largest and couldn't believe the way I looked!, BTW the 10lb loss on…

6 mornings a week I follow a 12 week treadmill plan (currently on week 4) which varies what you do each day. MWF is a cardio walk which is just a strict 30 min 3.5mph+ walk. On Tues its a walk with 3 "sprints" of a minute each started at 4.5 mph, but up to 5.5 now. Thurs is incline day walking on 1 for 5, then 5 for 5 and…

I'm 5'5, currently about 156, looking to get down to 140-145

I have a hard enough time eating 70g of protein in a day, forget 157g! Nor do I see me eating 63g of fat and still losing weight. Wish I could make it work though.

I tried the 1200 calorie diet for a bit, and lost several pounds quickly, but when I tried to add exercise I stopped losing. Upped the calories to where with my exercise (not eating back the calories) I'd be around 1200 I started to lose again and tone up. If you just eat 1200 you may lose, but it could be muscle and…

I use it for the days I'm in a pinch and had too much of a workout before work and find that at 11am its a shake or a candy bar til lunch at 130, so I grab the shake for the protein and added fiber. It does tend to have a bad aftertaste though. The powders don't seem as bad if you can get them mixed in.
