  • 168.8 I am still not back to normal - had a mother Doctor's apt. today and more meds for 2 weeks. I have not been a very good team member and I am not motivated, when I do not feel well. I hope I can get better soon, because this sucks!

  • Ok, so I am on a business trip and forgot to weight myself before I left. I will not be back until Wednesday. So I will get a weight on Thursday. I was able to walk 3.7 miles on Thursday. I did not participate in the auction because I walk for excerise and did not have anything to auctions for.
  • Weight - 174 (gained a little, but I am not sure because I have notice that my stomach pouch has gone down and my clothes see to be fitting a little looser. To me that is Pounds lost.) I completed the both challenges and actually drank more then 1/2 of my body weight. (it was easier to keep track of).
