  • I was cardio only and didn't lose a whole lot, or see my body change much, but now that i mixed it up with weights and strength training....My number is slowly going down on the scale but my body is looking slim and tone . I think it would be a good idea for you to add it and see how it works out for you!!
  • I didn't realize how weak my core was until I started doing more strength training and now that I have been at it for over a month I noticed I'm better with my core and balance. I can plank longer and more balanced at it then when I first started. It's a great feeling huh? Keep it up!
  • I recently found their line of products and I was wondering how the peanut butter and chocolate sauce tasted!! We tried a few of the dressings...some are good some aren't so great. Like one said before..its hit and miss.
  • I ordered a sample pack off their website and got a little of everything. It was fast service too, I ordered on a Saturday got them on a wed so I was happy about that.
