Whole fruit comes bundled with heaps of nutrients, and the sugars are slowly released thanks to the fibre! I am eating about the same sugar as you - 40-50g per day mainly from 2-3 pieces of fruit, milk in tea/coffee and some yoghurt every day. For the last 12 weeks I have consistently lost 700g per week on about…

After drinking wine most days for around 20 years, I found it easier and easier to get through a bottle without feeling the effects (Where did that wine go? Evaporation?). However, it was starting to effect my sleep -waking up hot at about 2am and taking ages to get back to sleep. So after finding out a friend of mine was…

Stunning results! Thanks for posting your pics. They are amazing inspiration. I have about the same measurement, but an inch taller. You have made an amazing transformation in just a year!

I find a small snack will keep me going - previously I would have kept eating until bloated if I was in that kind of mood. Now I tell myself that a small snack is enough and it is with some…

Have you taken your measurements? Are your clothes fitting better? A friend of mine lost only 0.5kg/1 lb over 6 months, but lost 5cm/2inches from her waist over those 6 months. Her body shape changed significantly! You will be getting fitter and stronger every day with your workouts. Great work!

2 cm off your waist is fantastic progress! This means you have lost FAT. The scales don't know the difference between fat and muscle. The tape measure shows you are getting smaller - this is what we are trying to do. Well done!
