I have also recently integrated eggs back into my diet, and yes I do have a bit of an odor but not to the degree of broccoli.. I can make paint peel off the walls just a few hours after eating broccoli :#

I agree and do all of these. But number 2 isn't explained well enough, you have to up your calories and eat more 'healthy' fats to be holistically healthy and maintain weight when exercising 4-5 days a week (if that's what your doing). I have a day where I eat what I normally wouldn't during the week. For example a burger and fries or a big pasta dish or both. I'm still on a deficit 6 days out of 7 and still eat extremely healthy.
