I did W8D1 yesterday and I jogged 4.8k but only because I also jogged the 5min cool down at the end. I am very slow and the weather is pretty hot in Greece. I hope I will do the 5k before the summer is here for good :)

Today I did W4D3 and it went pretty good. The total was 3.54 km which is the longest I have run so far with this app. I have the feeling that I am slow but my heart rate was pretty high so I didn't push it.

Fitness blender! They have many videos to choose from. Strength training, cardio, HIIT etc. I get bored easily doing the same workouts again and again but they have a lot of different videos and I never do the exact same thing twice :)

I usually eat 1/2 cup greek yogurt 2%fat with 1/2 banana sliced, 30gr whole grain cereal and I sometimes add oats and cranberries. It's around 300 calories and delicious!! I like it so much I even use it as a recovery meal after exercise too.
