  • Also wanted to add that you should not go under your calorie limit. You have to fuel your metabolism for it to work properly. Maybe take a look at your quality of food. Less carbs and more proteins, veggies, and healthy fats. You are doing a good job. Make a few tweaks and keep going.

  • A huge pot of veggie soup. Really good, Good for you, enough for several meals. I use canned tomatoes in juice, a little potatoes, lots of cabbage, and all the frozen veggies you like. MMMM....I think ill go have some now.:happy:
