Hello, Carol. It is indeed going to be a long journey but don't rush it. Take it easy. You can always find support here.

You don't need him. Forget him. Just focus on your kids and yourself.

I'm starting again as well. We can do this!

Take measurements. Sometimes weight doesn't change or even go up while your body is getting smaller. It could be that you're gaining muscles.
-
Little step at a time and you'll get there. Make sure to drink lots of water. And watch what you eat. Try to log everything. And in addition to weighing yourself, take measurements. :)

You did it before and you can do it again! :) As for meals, maybe you can prepare healthy freezable food in advance? On your days off, perhaps? Divide it into appropriate portion, freeze them, then heat one up for your lunch/dinner.

Set your alarm at 4.15 and at 4.45. When the alarm goes off at 4.15, stop it and go back to sleep. It should be easier to get up when the alarm goes off at 4.45.

Hi there. Should I say welcome or welcome back? lol Anyway... Friend request sent. :D As for the recipe, I'd love to help but I don't have any. :/ Look around the message boards, you might find what you need. :)

Hey there. I'm also new here. Started a week ago. I'm trying to eat healthy but still eat some of things I used to eat but a lot less. Anyway, friend request sent. :)
-
I'd say yes, eat your exercise calories back.
-
Hi Sophie. Welcome to MFP. Request sent. :)
-
That's probably because you eat healthier and less calorie foods. I just started and for the last two days, I felt I was eating more than before. But calories-wise, it's less.

Hello there. I'm also new here. Feel free to add. :)

No, I haven't and have no intention to try any diet pills. I suggest you don't as well. Keep your £30 for better use. :)

Hi Brooke. I'm 24 as well. I just started less than a week ago! Feel free to add me. :)

Start by making healthier version of food she likes, maybe? And like others have said, go for a walk together after dinner. Since she has health issues, keep the pace slow and the distance short at first.
