You literally look like a different person. Amazing.

Mild Pico de Gallo. It's to die for! And the frozen Chili Rellano. 350 calories. Just in case I'm too lazy to cook. I also get most of my fruit and veg there.

After losing 53 pounds, the crossing of legs is totally awesome! But the biggest thing is that I "cured" myself of gout. My Rheumatologist took me off the medication! I still have about 40 pounds to go, but it's fantastic. I no longer shop in the "PLUS" department!

Hi Ladies! I haven't checked in for a while. I've got so much going on at work. I injured my back exercising on April 11. Then, when it was better, I hurt it again in the same place on April 23! Oi! I'm not quite as fit as I think I am! LOL! Back is feeling good this morning so I'm off for a 2 miles walk! Anyway, I'm…

Going pretty well.

I use Ken's Steak House Buttermilk Ranch dressing. I have a salad every night with lots of veggies. I weigh the salad dressing (30g) and it's 180 calories. Totally worth it! I've lost 20 pounds since Jan 5th.

Use a salad plate for everything instead of a full sized plate. Crab legs sounds great with a nice salad - just not macaroni salad.

I plan to enjoy the day, log everything I eat and move on.

I'm so happy for you! I can't wait to join you under 200! I'm at 204 right now. You look amazing! Keep up the good work!!

Thank you SO much for sharing this link! I am 12.5% smaller that I thought I was. I have an "Athletic" build in that I am a rectangle. I like that! Very cool!

Hi everyone! This is my first post to this thread. I'm not a big message board person, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm 58, been divorced for 2 glorious years and live in the San Fernando Valley. I work full time and do my workouts in the morning prior to getting ready for work. Then I walk to work and back home in…

I drink about a gallon a day. Before I changed how I eat and move, I developed gout. Drinking lots of water is a way to keep from having a flare-up and/or kidney stones. It also helps with elimination (both #1 and #2). Like others have said, listen to your body. Personally, I'm a firm believer in flushing toxins out of the…

You're doing great! 30 pounds is nothing to sneeze at! Regarding the OTHER matter. This is going to be a very long and emotional road for you. Hopefully you'll be able to use your health goals and habits as a guide on the journey ahead. Been there, kid. I have 1 more year of paying HIM spousal support. We were married for…

When I was younger, I used to LOVE to work out after work. Get all that tension out of the body. But once I got into my mid-40's, I just couldn't do it anymore. I was exhausted after work. Since I am a natural morning person (love those sunrises!), I tried doing my workout before getting ready for work. OMG! What a…

For me, it's being full, but not satisfied. Like another poster mentioned. Increasing the fat content (good fat) in my meals helps a great deal with satisfaction. I usually have The Big Salad for dinner. If I don't have some avocado on it, I get that craving for something else after.

I think of this as a lifestyle change, not just losing weight. I'm 58 and have lost significant weight 3 times in my life by "dieting". This time, I've wised-up and I'm focusing on my nutrition and exercise, not just the scale. I'm doing this slowly and deliberately. It can be frustrating at times, like plateaus, but I…

Congrats!! It's goals like this that keep me motivated! :-) Keep up the great work!

I have DVD's that I use at home. I get up early and do a 30 minute aerobic routine or an arms and abs routine and a 10 minute stretch. Then I walk to work which is about a mile away (I know - I'm lucky!). I use Map My Walk app on my phone to track my time and effort - usually 15-20 minutes. Then on my morning break at…

I'm sorry you're so miserable. He's an *kitten* and it's better to find out BEFORE you marry him. Kick him to the curb. He's toxic.

I work in a university library - anything goes!

Congrats!! Isn't it amazing to get back into your smaller clothes? I've lost 10 pounds so far and have had to clean out my closet a little already. I'll bet you feel better too! I know I do. Cheers!
