I use a appetite suppressant from my nutritionist and it's working for me. 5 months now. The only thing is, u have to eat within calories and exercise. If your not serious about it, then it won't work.

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong?? I have been doing this mfp for 7 weeks now and although I have lost some weight, I gained it all back somehow....I eat the calories that have been set for me, I work out 5 days a weeks for 30-45 min the gazelle and elliptical machine....I do eat my burned calories "sometimes"...so…
