My Dr told me to try diet and exercise and I have but my results didnt show much difference 4 months later. Now they are having me take Fish Oil everyday and see if that will help. Its a cheap way I buy the Burpless ones at Target and take with my dinner and havent had any issue with them.

I love it UTube videos are my friend I get to try new things and see what I like and dont like and switch it up.

I love the app because it motivates me to keep going I love seeing how far I have went etc.

Depends on what kind of job you do during the day. I work behind a desk and exercise 30-45mins a day I chose the lightly active and it has been working for me.....

Fat free refried beans spread on a low cal tortilla and sprinkled with a little cheese. Pop in the microwave a few seconds and wa la a yummy meal that keeps me full and not to bad calorie wise :)

Very Well stated! Every person is different. My scale jumps all over the place sometimes but it always settles back down to the last weight I recorded. I still have along way to go, but you inspire me to remember it takes time and patience. TY!

I wasnt losing weight and upped my calories some and now I'm back to losing. Have you also tried other scales just to double check lol cuz you look fantastic for that weight.

I did the Persian Zumba one and found it to be a nice workout and really liked it on YouTube

I drink a ton of water now to and it has helped me alot. I was thinking of trying the Dr. Oz thing on the weekends when I dont drink as much.....and yes I will log the calories :)

Im getting ready to try ths Dr. Oz's slimdown drink: 1 cup of grapefruit or orange or pineapple juice 2tsp of apple cider vinegar 1 tsp honey drink before each meal, breaks down fat cells faster then anything else....... Hope it works. :)

Slim Fast has a Protein Shake, one with 10 grams of protein and one with 20 so I was just wondering what people thought of them is all.

Try it see how you feel, see how your energy levels are. If you find its not enough maybe add a protein shake in there after your run....looks like a good plan to me.

I went thru something kind of like that and found it to be a change in birth control pills effecting my hormone levels etc. Once I got that changed, everything went back to normal and I had no issues. I would check into things with your OBGYN it might not be something that your able to control because its happening…

I generally dont eat my exercise calories. I just figure if I have a really bad day and cant help it then its helpful to have them there just in case. I would just keep doing what your doing and I believe you will see bigger losses. Good luck to you!
