Those are great goals! How did you find your life coach by the way - that's something I"m definitely interested in too. My Weight Loss Goals: - To be a size 14 and 180lbs by Christmas (my size/weight in high school) - currently wearing a loose 16 (my ideal size is an 8/10 when I hit my final goal of 160) - Be able to shop…

I agree with yoga... I'm not sure if yogas helped me lose a lot of weight compared to cardio... but I can definitely tell that it's tightening up my whole body, and really strengthening my muscles (legs, back, core, arms) for sure.

Oops forgot to post on Memorial Day! I'm still at 215. Have had a great week so far good food and lots of good workouts! Hoping to see that number fall again on Monday!

I like Bikram ... but prefer hot vinyasa much better. If this is your first yoga class, I'd suggest trying something a little more fundamental like a hatha class or flow vinyasa where you can get familiar with some poses and the yoga mindset without dealing with the discomfort of the heat. It's really neat to see your body…

Can't wait for this round to begin! I'm thrilled that I lost 15 lbs last round (1.5 avg. per week and down one pants size!) and look forward to some encouragement from you fellow pin-ups this time around! What worked for you the last 10 weeks? I log EVERYTHING I eat... no little bites here and there - it'll be on my diary.…

So amazing! In it to win it! :)

I ended up at 215. Looking forward to the next round!

It's so exciting to see that chart and realize I'm down 14 lbs from 10 weeks ago! So exciting! I had a great NSV today in yoga - I made it into plow pose and shoulder stand for the first time! Holding extra pounds around my middle has got my center of gravity all off, but I just flowed right into both of them today. I was…

I weighed in at 216 this week! My biggest weekly loss yet! My gym is closed this week, so I'm going to be at my yoga studio 5x this week instead of once! Can't wait to see what this is like!

I hit 220 this past week! So excited for that 20 lb. loss to arrive this week (I hope!)

Oops forgot to log on here after a weekend away -- I hit 223 this weekend! (Probably up a little now thanks to those Reese's Easter Eggs!.... they are the devil!!!) No one in my family said anything while I was home about my weight loss, except for my step-grandmother! She is the only one who noticed (or who said…

224.4 for me! So happy to be entering the low end of the 220's :) This weeks goals: - Busy week ahead, schedule work outs in advance (and get back into Jillian's 30DS on those busy days - its less than 30 min!) - Keep up with water intake while traveling - Be mindful of food choices while traveling too... always a downfall…

My only cheat days tend to be when I go out for drinks and end up usually 300-500 cals over my goal... this is usually once or twice a week (and typically coincides with a no-excercise day, so I don't have tons of bonus calories floating around) and the rest of the week I'm at or slightly below my calorie goal. I think…

I weighed in at 227 this morning... on Saturday after a tough bikram class and some epic sweating I weighed in at 225! So that was exciting to see for the first time, even though it was just a LOT of water weight!

When I was an undergrad, my host mother in France taught me how to make a French vinaigrette and I've used it ever since: For one serving: 1 tsp. dijon mustard (any brand, but Trader Joe's sells an authentic tasting, SPICY dijon!) 2-3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (I prefer the most expensive - haha its $5 tops - that Trader…

I finished Day 9/ Level 1 last night! I took the previous 2 days off (but did other physical stuff... 2 gym workouts, a long walk, and frisbee in the park!) I've definitely taken more days off than I planned, but am still hanging in there. I've noticed the cardio stuff is a lot easier, same with the ab work. The complex L1…
