Thanks everyone for the feed back. I hope I didn't offend people with my "skinny" question. I just wanted to know where normal people shop because it's been so long since I've been able to set foot into a regular fitting store that I have forgotten. I'm also 6'1" so I have to look for length too. Shopping is always a pain…

I've lost 11.5" off my waist and 12ish inches off my hips. You ladies give me hope that I'll have a flat tummy one day. Keep them coming!

I workout 5-6 days a week. I think everyone can find 30 minutes a day to dedicate to themselves. I make my husband babysit our daughter so mommy can have alone time so I don't lose my mind. I'm nicer to be around if I've worked out.

OMG! How did you do it? You look absolutely amazing!

Great job! You look like a completely different person!

Amazing results! Congrats!

Muscle may weigh more but it is also smaller and tighter. It's a myth that strength training will bulk you up. It will slim you down and once you lose the fat on top of it you will see.

I have deleted a couple friends because they hadn't logged in for over 6 months. It makes me think they gave up. I come here for support, not to have the most friends or to be the most popular. There is nothing wrong with being a little picky about who you allow to "friend" you.

What is big difference especially in your face. Keep up the good work! You look amazing!

I usually make an omelet with whatever I have in my fridge but this is my favorite. 2 eggs Mushrooms Peppers Onions Spinach Low Fat Ricotta and sometimes reduced fat shredded cheese. I don't eat lunch until later in the day so I need a good strong breakfast.

I am pear/hour glass. My boobs were the first to go. So sad. My stomach has been stubborn but I think it will be the last to go. My thighs have been getting smaller slowly but my hips have been my best work so far. I've lost a total of 26" so far...

I'm doing it for myself first. I want to be HOT! Second, I'm doing it so my family can see what a successful weight loss story looks like in person. Third, I'm doing it for my husband. He has been really supportive besides he said he would give me a shopping spree at goal weight. Also I have an ex friend who told me I…

I weigh myself once a week. I do measurements once a month and progress photos once every other month.

I had a lot of personal issues from my life that I didn't want to deal with and instead I ate sugary stuff to make the pain go away. Like people drink or do drugs to make the pain go away I ate food. I use to eat sugar until my teeth hurt, until my jaw hurt and I felt sick to my stomach. It was disgusting. I ate feelings…

This will be all the bags my husband will have to hold for me when I go final goal shopping next year. Mama needs a wardrobe. And some shoes and some accessories. I have a bunch of goals in between now and then. I would also love to be able to do a Tough Mudders course as well.

Wow you look amazing. You are very inspiring me to keep going!

That was a mean thing to say. Maybe he should of found a better way to phrase what I hope he meant to say. I hope he meant that he wants you to do this for yourself and no one else. I workout because it makes me feel good and it will help me get stronger. I love being strong. My husband also enjoys the attention I have…

bump. this thread is motivating me to keep going on my journey. I'm about 9lbs away from where I was when I gave birth to my 2nd baby.

Great job! Your results are amazing.

I wore a bikini when I was a size 14 but didn't feel that confident. I will probably wear one again at goal so I can rock it with confidence. I've already got a couple "goal" bikini's picked out. I'm keeping my eye on the prize.

I am 6ft 1 and I wear heels too. SW: 271 CW: 257 GW: 160ish. We'll see when I get there. I was 180 in high school size 14 and wasn't all that self confident. I thought I'd drop goal to a little bit less and see how I feel. I would love to do a Tough Mudder once I reach goal. I've been doing a Chalean Extreme/ TurboFire…

To workout everyday without fail and no pizza, chips or cheesies all summer. I have no expectations when it comes to weight loss or goal weight or anything. I set the bar too high last year and failed miserably. So I'm setting more attainable goals. On a side note my two year old is running around throwing her celery at…

Add me please. I need some accountability.

bump. I can't wait to post pics when I hit goal! This is great motivation btw!

Wow what an awesome thread. You are such an inspiration! I have had trouble controlling my weight since the birth of my first son over 6 years ago. I have had an extremely hard time after the birth of my daughter who was a preemie. My husband lost his job we lost our apartment and moved in with his mother. The weight just…
