It's very bland but, it's very good for your burning and it encourages it to burn more fat. I bought like 4 packets of the stuff, you can get flavoured green tea too which has a subtle taste.

I'm in the same boat although I guess MFP goes by your target of 2lb a week. I struggle with it, even eating a lot of fruit still doesn't add up.
