it seems no matter how much I want to lose weight ...by the time night comes i lose all self control...i do great all day then i just lose it after 7-8 pm ......... ..any tips ?

I started last year at 262 in Jan. and was able to get to 196 in around Aug.....but have gained back alot of weight within the last 3-4 months...but I going to give it my best again.... currenntly at 230 my goal weight is to reach 150 by the end of the year.So that is 80 pounds.
